In your training week

A session that fits your training week

For the weeks with no start line: a regular hour on the table, planned around your hard days and easy days.

Tell us your week: long rides on Saturday, lifting Monday and Thursday, climbing on Wednesday evening. We book around it and ask each time which parts have been asked the most. Some people come every few weeks; some come more often when training gets heavy.

  • 45 or 60 minutes

  • Planned around your hard days

  • The same therapist, if you like

Plan around your week

Hard days, easy days, rest days

  • Hard days

Book the session for the day after, not the day itself. Your muscles have done the work; the table is for afterward.

  • Easy days

A short, lighter session fits between. One area, worked at the pressure you choose.

  • Rest days

A good day for the longest session. Time for the legs, back and shoulders, and nowhere to be.

Every session

Covered, consenting, in control

  • You are covered

A sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part we are working on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on.

  • You set the pressure

We ask before we start and check as we go. Lighter or firmer, just say. You can stop at any time and we stop right away.

  • What to wear

Shorts or loose athletic clothes you can move in. For leg work, shorts that slide up. Undress only as far as you like.

  • Ask your doctor first

If you are pregnant, have had surgery or are being seen about an injury, ask your doctor or other provider before you book.

Two therapists, one calendar

Book the same therapist each time, or whoever is open.

About a regular session

How often should I come?

As often as suits your week. Some clients come every few weeks, some more often when training gets heavy. Your therapist can suggest a rhythm after a visit or two.

Can I book the same therapist each time?

Yes. Pick them on the booking page. If they are away, we offer the other therapist or another day.

What if my training changes?

Tell us. We plan each session from what your week looks like now, not from the last one.

Choose a length and a time.
