The menu

Sessions by length

Pick the one that matches where you are in your week: before an event, after one, or between. You are covered the whole time, you set the pressure, and you can stop whenever you like.

Before the event

Short and brisk, one to three days ahead.

  • Pre-event session

    30 min

Lighter pressure and quicker strokes over the areas your event leans on, with a little gentle movement. You walk out warm, not tender.

    Most booked before a start
    Book: Pre-event session
  • Pre-event, legs and hips

    45 min

More time for the hips, quads, hamstrings and calves, for a ride, a run or a long day on foot.

    Book: Pre-event, legs and hips

Booked far enough ahead to walk it off. We would not book the morning of your start.

After the event

Longer and slower, the day after or two days later.

  • Post-event session

    60 min

Slower, firmer work where you ask for it, with time for the legs and back. Covered by a sheet or towel the whole time.

    A good first session
    Book: Post-event session
  • Post-event, long

    90 min

The full hour and then some: legs, hips, back and shoulders, with time to rest before you get up.

    Book: Post-event, long
  • Legs and feet

    45 min

Calves, the backs of the knees and the feet, one leg uncovered at a time. A kind session after a long day on your feet or in the saddle.

    Book: Legs and feet

Tell us what the event was and how you feel today; the session follows from that.

In your training week

A regular hour, planned around your hard days and easy days.

  • Training-week session

    60 min

Planned around your week: where it has been asked the most, what is coming up, how firm you want it.

    Book: Training-week session
  • Short check-in

    30 min

One area, worked at the pressure you choose, for a spare half hour between a ride and the rest of your day.

    Book: Short check-in

Clubs, teams and race days

A table at your start line, your gym or your clubhouse.

  • Club or team sessions

    30 min each

Short sessions back to back for a ride club, a climbing team or a lifting meet. We bring the tables and linens.

    Book: Club or team sessions

A group is quoted in writing before anything is held.

Extra time

Added to any session on the day, if the next hour is open.

  • Add 15 minutes

    15 min

More time for the area you ask about. Your therapist adds it when the next booking allows, and nothing is added unless you say yes.

    Add-on
    Book: Add 15 minutes

Prices are set by session length and therapist, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.

Every session

How a session runs

  1. Start

Step 1: We talk it through

What the event is, which parts of you it leans on, and any area to leave alone.

  2. Pressure

Step 2: We set the pressure

Light, medium or firm, agreed before we begin and changed whenever you say.

  3. Table

    Step 3: The session

Covered by a sheet or towel, one area uncovered at a time.

  4. End

Step 4: You take your time

A few minutes to sit up and stand slowly before you go.

Ready when you are.

Choose a length and a time.
