How pricing works
A session's price depends on a few things, and the booking page shows it before you confirm, never after.
What decides the price
The length of the session, which therapist you book, and, for a group, the date, the place and how many people. Before-event, after-event and training-week sessions are priced by their length.
Length: 15 to 90 minutes
Which therapist
A group: date, place and head count
What the consultation covers
Every first session starts with a short talk about your event and the pressure you want. The intake questions are on the booking page. Nothing is added for the talk; extra time is booked only if you ask for it.
Deposits
A single session needs no deposit. A club or team booking several people puts down a deposit that holds the time and goes toward the sessions, and the quote says how much.
Canceling or running late
Please give us 24 hours to move or cancel. If your event is called off or you are ill, tell us and we will move your session. A late arrival shortens the session so the next person starts on time.
Extra time on the day
If you would like more time, ask your therapist. When the next booking allows it, they add 15 minutes, and you pay for the added time. Nothing is added unless you say yes.
Tipping
Tipping is optional. You can add it when you pay or hand it to your therapist.
